Space for every part of you.
Inside each of us lives a whole inner system - parts, inner voices, feelings. All a little different, all trying to help us navigate life.
But sometimes this inner system falls out of balance. Feelings and behaviours such as guilt, anxiety, resentment, procrastination, numbing, or perfectionism can start to take over our lives.
I’m Lena - a systemic coach. I hold a calm, grounded space where every part of you can be heard.
All parts welcome. Just come as you are.
A warm welcome.
My name is Lena Träger. After years of deepening my knowledge in life sciences, psychology, and systemic coaching, I now bring that expertise together in “All parts welcome” — accompanying you with intuition and clear structure alike.

My work is based on solid education and training in the fields of coaching, psychology, and neuroscience:
Systemic & values-based coach (ISO / ICI)
Molecular biologist (PhD, ETH Zurich)
Regular continuing education and self-exploration are a given for me.
What if destructive parts actually intended to help?
When burdens start to pile up, or inner balance begins to waver, mindful, attentive support can be strengthening and relieving. I accompany people who are ready to meet their inner world — with curiosity and structure. The starting point is a concrete concern, a recurring pattern, or a part of yourself you're ready to understand. From there, we explore what's underneath, drawing on the St. Galler Coaching Model® to give the process structure.
Here is where coaching can help:
Performance pressure, stress, or feeling stuck when trying to learn or grow
Fears, worries, or persistent self-doubt
Experiences of exclusion or conflict - at work, in relationships, or elsewhere in life
Anger, withdrawal, or a restlessness that won’t settle
A lack of motivation
The lingering effects of difficult past experiences

St. Galler Coaching Model
My coaching approach is based on the St. Galler Coaching Model®, which consists of five interconnected dimensions. Together, they provide a structured process for gaining clarity, understanding inner patterns, and creating meaningful and sustainable change.
-
1. Goal Space
We begin by exploring your current situation and clarifying what you would like to change or achieve. This creates a clear and meaningful direction for the coaching process.2. Problem Space – or Development Space
Next, we look at what has prevented you from reaching your goal so far. Rather than viewing these obstacles simply as problems, we understand them as valuable starting points for personal development and change.3. Deep Structures
Our thoughts and actions are often shaped by deeper emotions, values, and unconscious patterns. By moving beyond surface-level explanations, you can connect your goals with what truly matters to you and transform difficult inner states into supportive ones.4. Life Timeline
Experiences from the past can continue to influence how you feel, think, and act in the present. Working with your personal timeline helps you understand these connections, integrate formative experiences, and develop a future that feels coherent, meaningful, and aligned with your values.5. Self-Image
Your self-image influences how you perceive yourself and what you believe is possible in different situations. During the coaching process, you develop a more supportive and resourceful inner image of yourself—one that strengthens you and helps you move forward. -
